Linda’s no-nonsense approach coupled with humor and a bit of compassion set the stage for individuals to solve business problems, create bold strategies and build stronger relationships. An accomplished business consultant and coach, Linda specializes in leadership and team effectiveness. Her first-hand experience with large-scale re-organizations, mergers, acquisitions and downsizing gives her valuable insights for coaching executives and managers dealing with change. She is gifted in her ability to inspire people in all levels of the organization to do what it takes to recover, set new goals, align behind those goals and achieve results.
Linda received a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Certificate in Organizational Development from University of North Carolina at Charlotte. A life long learner, she has continued with graduate work in Business, Psychology and Training and Development. Linda is a certified Time to Think® Consultant and Thinking Environment Coach.
In addition to consulting across a variety of industries, Linda has also held internal consulting roles for progressive organizations including General Electric, Becton Dickinson, Data General, Golden Corral Corporation and GlaxoSmithKline.
