The founder of Outside Perspective and an experiential learning expert, Zeke has designed and delivered high impact training solutions to his clients for over thirty years. Zeke served in executive positions with Outward Bound as Executive Director, Marketing Director and Program Director. Later he joined Inclusivity Consulting working closely with senior teams and leaders in a variety of industry sectors. He is skillful in his ability to help clients clarify desired outcomes, then crafting learning events and programs to achieve these goals. A core belief is that learning occurs when the learner has a desire to gain new insight in a learning environment that is supportive and fun.
Throughout his career, Zeke has focused on corporate clients and had the opportunity to be involved with business leaders from a variety of public and private companies. He was a pioneer in bringing action learning practices to corporate learning events. Clients who have benefited from Zeke’s experiential training knowledge include Columbia Sportswear, PacifiCorp, Nike, Skamania Lodge, and Tektronix. He annually conducts cornerstone programs for three chapters of the American Leadership Forum, the oldest community leadership program in the United States. Also, Zeke is active in professional associations having served as chair of the Oregon Organization Development Network Leadership Team and Vice President of Finance for the Cascadia Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development.
Zeke received a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and his MBA from Emory University. He is currently adjunct faculty for the Oregon Executive MBA Program and the Graduate School of Education at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon. His keen business intellect and natural curiosity as well as years of program design and delivery experiences bring a unique outside perspective to our clients and the Incite Learning team. He lives on his farm in Canby, Oregon with his wife. They have a son and two daughters along with a collection of four-legged animals. In his spare time he still likes to hike and guide whitewater rafts through the wilderness.
