Preliminaries: If you're interested in training or a learning event of some sort, you may want to take our free on-line needs assessment. Most of our coaching and consulting work is done in the areas of Team Coaching, Leadership Development, Emotional Intelligence or Succession Planning.

Get in touch with us: Call or email. We have offices in Colorado and North Carolina, contact the office closest to you or just shoot an email to: info@bristleconelearning.com. We are a boutique (meaning small and personal) consulting firm, so no matter who you contact, you'll get our best.

Assessment: Are we the right firm for you? Does what you need match what we are excellent at providing? This is where we find out. After a brief conversation, we'll either direct you to one of our workshops, schedule a time to have a more in-depth discussion with you or redirect you to someone who can help you better than we can. Sometimes, we mutually agree that the best way to conduct the assessment is for us to visit you. We usually charge for on-site assessments. Our on-site assessment fees are typically $2,500 per day plus travel and lodging expenses.

Proposal: We will prepare a proposal for you that outlines the scope of the project or training, a detailed list of agreed upon outcomes, a design of how we will help you achieve those outcomes and what our fees will be.

Letter of Agreement: Once we have finalized the design, clarified the outcomes and agreed on fees, we go to work!

Need More Detail?

There are no "typical" projects for us. Our fees vary depending on the complexity of the project and the resources needed to insure its success. If we are doing a BIG project with you or you are sending more than 2 people to one of our trainings, we acknowledge your confidence in us by discounting our fees. These ranges may help you plan or budget for work with us (or any quality service provider, for that matter):

Seminars and Workshops: Between $300 to $700 per person, per day.

Customized Trainings: $3,000 to $4,000 per faculty member, per day plus any additional fees for workbooks, materials and special media needs.*

Consulting: $2,500 to $3,500 per day.*

Team Coaching: $6,500 per month for up to 10 people. Everyone needs to commit to at least one group session per month plus 1/2 hour each week individually. Much of this is done with remote technology *

Coaching: $3000 per month, averaging one, 1 hour coaching session each week. We take coaching seriously. It is a rigorous process that should produce immediate ROI. Therefore, the person being coached needs to commit to one hour per week for 3 months. They should also expect some additional assignments between coaching meetings.  We find that sometimes a busy schedule doens't allow for weekly meetings.  Depending on the goals of the person, we may mutually agree to meet biweekly over 6 months at $1500/month

Design and Research: $250 per hour.

Survey and Assessment Instruments: Usually between $300 and $500 per instrument.

Travel: 4 hours or less - no charge. 4 - 8 hours, $1,000 per consultant or faculty member. 8 hours or more, $1,500 per consultant or faculty member.
