Customized Training

For clients who want to make sure our training content and approach is focused on the specific issues of their business, we offer customized programs designed to meet their specific objectives.  The process of developing the training takes longer and costs more, but all of the clients who do this feel it was worth the time and energy.

 

We customize our trainings in three areas that can stand alone or be linked together. 

Course Length and Intensity: 

Option One - Immersion: 5 full days, stand-alone course
Option Two - Practicum: 4 full days  - four week hiatus – 3 full days; interim assignments and coaching by the faculty during the interim.
Option Three - Intensive: 5 full days – four to five week hiatus – 4 days; interim assignments and coaching, as above plus follow-on coaching for 3 months.
 
Metrics and Performance Measures:
We like to connect our trainings to measurable outcomes for our clients, but doing so takes more time, energy and expense than just doing a “training”. Our favorite metric for success is the Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS).We also help clients measure course effectiveness through 360’s and pre-and post leadership assessments.
 
Content:
We blend our core content within the context of the business our participants work in, which makes the content come to life and adds value because they are not only attending a great training, they are solving problems back at work at the same time.
