In this six-month to one-year development course, a group of leaders from your company learn, share, develop support networks and do work projects with the support and mentoring of our senior facilitators. Topics are chosen after a comprehensive needs assessment to customize the course of study to meet your company's most urgent needs. This process could include Coaching and Mentoring, Communication, Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Project Management, Influencing and Negotiation Skills, Self-Awareness, Conflict Resolution, Planning and Accountability, Meeting Management, Time Management, and others.

Retreats
Do you need to focus some time and energy on a current leadership issue your team is facing? Or, perhaps you need to focus on strategic planning, relationship skills or self-awareness? We can help. Pre-work may include instrumentation, assessments, business measurement data gathering and 360º feedback. Follow-up is planned in advance utilizing online support technology or other methods which identify key business measures and set up accountability for action plans. Through our extensive network, we are able to provide retreats to you at retreat centers, hotels, or training rooms almost anywhere in the world.
