What is the time commitment required for study outside of the classroom?
Before the seminar, you will receive a book and several articles to read. You will also get instructions for your 360º feedback instrument which will require that you identify respondents. Depending on how quickly they respond, you may have to contact them once more. After the seminar, you will attend three 1-hour webinars, which will be recorded in the event you have a conflict during the scheduled time. You are also required to spend 2 hours with a personal coach from the instructional team. A written report is required at the end of 6 months. Tuition is $3795 and it includes books and course materials.
How long is the program and how much does it cost?
This is a 6 month program consisting of one initial 5-day seminar, three 1-hour webinars spread over three months, and 2 hours of coaching time to be scheduled at your convenience over 5 months. See the Schedule and Fees page for information on program costs.
How do I order text books?
The text will be mailed to you and several articles will arrive via email before the start of the course.

Where is the seminar located?
The seminar will be held in the University Room of R. David Thomas Center on the campus of the Fuqua School of Business. Parking is adjacent to the Center. For more information see Location page.
What about lodging and meals for those of us coming from out of town?

How will I complete the coaching segment?
Your coach will be a member of the instructional team. You will meet at agreed upon times via phone.
How do webinars work?
You will register for the webinar via a website. You then get the link to join the webinar and a call in phone number. At the time of your webinar, you simply log on to the webinar and call in on the phone and you can see the material on your computer and hear via phone. If you are traveling you can get the materials presented and created in the webinar later and listen to the recording.
