Requirements
Admission Criteria
Participants in this certificate program must have responsibility either as a people manager or individual contributor that requires a high degree of personal influence, current scope of work for at least a 3 year time frame, have responsibility for a significant portion of the company’s budget, and have the authority to make or significantly influence decisions that cross functions and affect multiple systems and processes. A completed registration form and a resume or biography along with payment in full is required for enrollment. Due to limited space in this program early application is suggested.
Earning the Certificate
To graduate from the program a participant must actively participate in the entire seminar, at least two of three webinars, and 2 hours of personal coaching. In addition, a written report on application of material within 6 months of the end of the seminar is required. Each graduate of the program will be awarded a Duke University Certificate in Executive Leadership.
