Lodging and Meals during the seminar are available at the R. David Thomas Center for an additional fee of $213.50 per day. This fee includes room, breakfast and dinner, fitness center, walking trails, high speed internet access, and fully stocked self-serve kitchenettes in lounge areas. Snack service and lunch are provided daily to all participants during the program.

Refund Policy:
Students who withdraw at least 30 days prior to the start of the seminar will receive a 100% refund, minus a $100 processing fee. All withdrawals after March 29, 2008 receive no refund. Send withdrawal and refund requests to E’Vonne Coleman-Cook, at evonne.coleman@duke.edu
